I have been pouring a lot of effort into marketing for my work. I really enjoy it. I have so much to explore, learn and execute sitting at my desk Monday through Friday. Friday was one of the first days I didn't realize it was the weekend until my co-workers started grabbing their things to leave. I was so into my work 5:00 slipped right by me. It felt great!
I am lucky to (finally) have the opportunities I do. It's taken me a long time to find a job that is challenging, rewarding and doesn't leave me smelling like fried food at the end of the day. Weekends and holidays off feel great too. Knowing I do not have to spend the sunny days in doors, running around serving people, brings a smile to my face.
Now that my sis and her little family live right down the street I have someone to do crafts with. She is equally inspired to make handmade things so of course I love spending time with her. Well that and she's a great sister, listener and friend.
R has been doing great at work as well. He has continuing education classes coming up at the end of June that will keep his nose in books through the month. We are both very excited for this opportunity set before him at work. This Summer is going to be great having her living in Grand Haven. It's been too long that we have wanted to live closer together. I am proud of her and her boyfriend for packing up and moving here.
E is now speaking 3 word sentences. She is a little parrot, learning every word and phrase she can. I continue to be amazed. I realized yesterday morning she can hold onto the railing going downstairs. I know if I even blink she will be going up and down stairs without Mommy or Daddy helping.
M has her last soccer game for the season on Saturday and as she says, "We're going to get a high score again because it's our last game!" Such spirit! I've got to hand it to her for being such a good sport all the time.
Hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather lately!
Keep Loving.
