The window by my desk.

I'm a firm believer that life is all about perspective. Not that my first perspective is always right by any means but that if you can find a different, positive way to look at a situation life will become, brighter, better and just a bit more enjoyable.

Example:

The tall slender window beside me leads to nothing exciting, over grown weeds of many kinds is all. Interestingly enough I looked out the window once and a cat sauntered passed and a second time I looked a brown dog. (Interesting, right?) But, the best part about the window is the sun that shines in.

The sun's warm rays hit my desk and slowly as time slips by
the angle of light moves across my desk and touches me, warming my skin. I appreciate the sun as my skin turns from chilled to warm. I turn my chair to face the sun and let my cold feet soak up the warmth too. I've become particularly fond of this window beside my new desk at the office because all though it may not portray a vast scenery the warmth it allows to slip through its glass is enough for me.

The window by my desk is much better than no window at all.
