More play, less work.

In my last post, I revealed my dream of being a writer. I think this is probably the very first time I've put it down in writing, which makes it more concrete, more realistic. Telling someone, everyone, also makes it exciting. I am so excited about finally deciding that this is what I want to do. I can't stop thinking about it!

I'd like to share just a little bit of where my thoughts are for my big plans.

1. Dedication and time. Two very important things I need to keep in mind. Not only do I need to keep in mind that this endeavor will take time and dedication but as I move forward with this goal I need to be sure to dedicate time to writing.

2. Keep it interesting. Not just for fans and viewers everywhere but for myself as well. A challenge in itself, I know. But so far I have topics and ideas piling up. Maybe this will be the trend?...atleast for a while. Okay, let's be realistic here. I have heard of I writer's block. I can imagine it will catch up to me at some point in time.

3. Stay organized. I'm definitely a note taker so I'm looking forward to jotting down little notes here and there. Maybe I'll keep an inspiration note journal and catalog ideas as I discover them.

4. Have fun. I want to have fun with this goal. I don't want to end up disliking writing in any way. I want it to be more fun than work, more play than work. That's why at first writing will have to be an accent to every day life. Something I'll have to put on the shelf from time to time.

This is going to be great!

Keep loving.
